AutoLens pricing is four plans, billed monthly or yearly: Extension, Individual, Team and Dealer Groups. Extension gets your inventory on Facebook Marketplace. Individual, Team and Dealer Groups also text back every buyer who reaches out. They run each deal through a sales pipeline.
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial: cancel before day 7 and you’re not charged. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are what you pay — no tax or setup fee is added at checkout. Cancel any time from Settings, with no cancellation fees.

Where is my data stored?
AutoLens currently runs on Railway's US-East region. A Canadian database region is on our roadmap; until it lands, US hosting is disclosed here and in our privacy policy. Ask us if you need a signed data processing agreement and we will put one in front of you before you sign. Your consent logs, conversation history, and audit records are exportable and deletable on request, which supports your obligations under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.
Does AutoLens support Quebec French (Law 25 / Bill 96)?
Partly, and here is exactly how far it goes. French opt-out and help keywords — ARRÊT, DÉSABONNER, AIDE — are recognized, and a customer who texts one gets the confirmation back in French. INFO returns a bilingual reply. That handling is live today. What we do not have yet is a library of French marketing templates or automatic per-contact language routing for AI replies. Do not buy AutoLens expecting your outbound French copy to be written for you. The Law 25 data-subject request workflow (access / correction / deletion within the legislated 30-day window) is included.
Where do my leads come from?
From the Facebook Marketplace listings you post with the AutoLens extension. Your number rides in every description, so buyers text you directly and the AI Responder replies in seconds. Website-form leads can also come in through a secure webhook and be worked over SMS.
We use Owini or VinSolutions today. How hard is it to switch?
Be aware there is no automated importer or connector today — we do not migrate data for you as a product feature. What the Dealer Groups plan includes is hands-on help from our team. We will sit with you and look at what you can export from your current CRM. Then we help you get the records that matter into AutoLens by hand. Most dealers start fresh on new leads and leave the old system read-only for history. Talk to us before you sign so we can scope your data honestly rather than promise a timeline we cannot commit to.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Every plan with a listed price can be paid monthly, or yearly at 10 times the monthly price, which is two months free. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. A yearly plan renews once a year; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the year already paid is not refunded, except where the law requires it. No cancellation fees either way.
What happens after 1,000 texts a month?
Individual and Team each include 1,000 outbound texts a month. There is no automatic overage charge today. If your dealership regularly needs more, we agree a price with you before we bill anything. Or we move you to the Dealer Groups plan with negotiated volume. You will never find a surprise SMS charge on your invoice.
Free trial?
Every plan you can buy online starts with a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start it; cancel any time before day 7 and you will not be charged. About 3 days before it ends we email you the date and the amount. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What is the difference between Team and Dealer Groups?
Same product, every feature. Dealer Groups (our enterprise plan) is for dealer groups that need a contract conversation. That means multiple rooftops, negotiated SMS volume, dedicated onboarding, priority support, and hands-on setup help when you switch. If you can sign up on a credit card today, you want Team.
